Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company was notified on 18 March 2010 that the beneficial interests of three
of the executive directors of Novae Group plc ("the Company") in the Company's
£1.00 Ordinary shares had increased as set out in the table below. The increases
result from the SIPP administrator's putting into effect the directors' standing
instruction to purchase the Company's £1.00 Ordinary shares with SIPP cash
balances arising from tax recoveries and accumulated dividends, which
transactions were effected at a price of £3.06 per share on 17 March 2010.

The beneficial interest of ORP Corbett includes an earlier unreported dividend
reinvestment by the SIPP administrator of 750 shares, purchased on 20 March
2009 at a price of £3.4625.
As at 18 March 2010 the Company had 73,221,346 Ordinary shares of £1 each in
issue.
