AGO AG sells all of its shares in AGO Santa Luce S.r.l, Italy
- All four equity investments expected to be sold by the end of 2012
Kulmbach, 31 August 2012: AGO AG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN:
DE000A0LR415) has sold another equity investment, AGO Santa Luce S.r.l,
following the sale of HolsoTherm GmbH. The contracting parties agreed to
maintain secrecy about the sales price and other details of the agreement.
'The sale of our Italian equity investment AGO Santa Luce S.r.l. has
brought us one major step closer to our objective of selling all equity
investments by the end of the year. We are planning to use the income from
the disposal to alleviate the Company's debt and strengthen our equity
base,' commented Hans Ulrich Gruber, CEO of AGO AG Energie + Anlagen.

founded in 1980 and is specialized in the area of innovative and efficient
energy supply facilities for industrial customers. Main focus is laid on
