(PresseBox) - Advantech's new fanless IPC models UNO-2174A and UNO-2178A are Embedded Automation Computers equipped with Intel Atom N450/D510 1,67 GHz CPUs, 2 Gigabit-Ethernet-Ports, rich I/Os and 2 x Mini PCIe socket with SIM support. They also feature WLAN, 3G expansion and compatibility with Windows 7 (32bit). Both products have Energy Star certification, IP40 anti-dust ingress protection and wide operating temperatures (-10 ~ 70 ° C) providing high performance and high versatility with low power consumption. To achieve an even higher reliability they are featured with a high density cableless I/O design providing shock resistance on COMs, USBs, LANs and other interfaces. UNO-2174A and UNO-2178A are economic new computing platform for manufacturing executing systems, facility automation, and industrial thin client applications. Adding a PC/104+ or Mini PCIe Card the PCs can be expansion for Communications, I/Os, and Fieldbus is easy.
