Linear Stages with Belt-Drive - the new A-BLQ-E Series
Closed loop motorized linear stage, belt driven, with integrated encoder and controller
(PresseBox) - The A-BLQ-E Series is a belt driven series of motorized linear stages with integrated encoder and controller.
Because of the rotation encoder it detects slip and stall, appearing for example because of chance in load, and it has an automatically position correction function. Thus it is possible to achieve quite high positioning accuracy.
A further advantage of the stages is the travel speed from up to 2 m/s at a total travel from up to 2.1 m; thus fast and accurate positioning is possible even at large travel.
High load capacity and great stiffness combined with a repeatability down to >10 um allow this stage to be used in several different applications.
This stages can be used as single stand-alone units or in a network of different stages of the T- and A-Series, easily controlled by the PC.

- Up to 2 m/s, 18 N thrust und 20 kg center load
