Fanzilli spent 17 years at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) and Credit Suisse, presiding over IT strategy and operations, and leading the firm's emergence as a technology-driven powerhouse. More recently, Frank has been involved in the growth of a number of leading technology companies, as an active board member and advisor. Fanzilli currently sits on the board of directors of a several leading technology companies including Calypso Technology, CommVault (NASDAQ: CVLT), and the Linux Foundation. Frank is also on the board of the GFI Group (NYSE: GFIG), a leading broker dealer.
