FireEye Expands Board With Former PeopleSoft, Inc. CFO and SVP Finance and Administration

Codd, former chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance and administration of PeopleSoft, Inc., has joined the board of directors. Codd is currently an independent consultant and corporate director, and most recently served as interim CEO of UltraCell Corporation.

Codd's background at PeopleSoft augments FireEye's already impressive roster of industry leaders and further builds on their rapid and growth. In addition to Codd, recent additions to the FireEye board include chairman of the board David DeWalt, former president and chief executive officer of McAfee, Inc., and William M. Coughran, Sequoia Capital partner and former Google senior vice president of engineering.
