Integralis AG: Chief Executive Officer Georg Magg to leave the
Company/Simon Church appointed new Chief Executive Officer of Integralis AG
Ismaning, Germany, Wednesday 5 September, 2012 - Prime Standard-listed
Integralis AG, a global provider of IT Security and Information Risk
Management solutions, has announced an important change to its Management
Board (Vorstand). Georg Magg has resigned from his office as a member of
the board of directors (Vorstand) as well as from his position as Chief
Executive Officer (Vorstandsvorsitzender) of Integralis AG with effect as
of 5 September 2012. Simon Church, the current Chief Operating Officer
(COO) of Integralis AG, is promoted to the role of Chief Executive Officer
(Vorstandsvorsitzender), Integralis AG, effective 6 September 2012 and will
continue to work alongside Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Heiner Luntz to
drive the strategic direction and global growth of the company. The role of
COO will not be backfilled.
Luc Loos, Chairman of Integralis AG's Supervisory Board, said: 'We would
like to thank Georg for his outstanding achievements in driving Integralis'
growth, particularly his role in overseeing the acquisition of a majority
shareholding by NTT Communications Group in 2009 and building the strong
team that we have today. Following almost seven successful years in the
Vorstand, Georg has informed us that he is ready to step down and pursue
other activities.
'Simon has got to know the company inside and out in his previous roles as
UK Managing Director, and more recently as Chief Operating Officer of
Integralis AG. We are confident that he is the right person to lead
Integralis through the next stage of our global growth; in turn the
combination of Simon and Heiner Luntz has proven to be a strong management
team,' he added.

Simon Church joined the Vorstand as Chief Operating Officer in April 2011.
He initially joined Integralis as UK Managing Director in August 2009,
bringing with him extensive experience in Managed Security Services with
successes worldwide. Prior to Integralis, Simon was Vice President of
Security Services at VeriSign, where he held global responsibility for
VeriSign's Managed Security Services, Security Consulting and Threat
Intelligence. Prior to that, Simon was Vice President and General Manager,
EMEA at NetIQ, and launched and successfully grew the EMEA subsidiary of
Mission Critical Software. He joined Integralis from VeriSign in August
2009, bringing 21 years of experience in the IT industry to the company.
