DOT Resources Ltd. Announces Board of Director Retirements
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/05/12 -- John J. Komarnicki, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DOT Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DOT) ("DOT" or the "Corporation"), on behalf of the Board of Directors, announces the retirements of Mr. Mike Hriskevich and Mr. Clarence K. Wagenaar as Directors of the Corporation.
John J. Komarnicki stated, "It is with deep regret that I announce the retirement of both Mike Hriskevich and Clarence Wagenaar. They have been on the DOT board since the Corporation was formed from Alhambra Resources Ltd. where they have been active and dedicated board members. We thank them for their support and commitment, and wish them well in their retirement."
