(NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on September 27, 2012 to stockholders of record on September 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is September 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $9.05 on September 6, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.29%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on September 27, 2012 to stockholders of record on September 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is September 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.62 on September 6, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.35%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0425 per share, payable on September 27, 2012 to stockholders of record on September 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is September 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.19 on September 6, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.24%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable on September 27, 2012 to stockholders of record on September 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is September 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.28 on September 6, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 6.69%.
