Final financial statements

The Board of Directors has on the 26 March 2010 approved the final 2009
financial statements for Acta Holding ASA and the Acta Group.

The Board will propose to the Annual general meeting that no dividend will be
paid for the 2009 financial year.

Please see the Consolidated Income Statement, the Consolidated Balance Sheet,
the Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity and the Consolidated Cash Flow
Statement for the Acta Group attached on www.newsweb.no
and on Acta`s investor relations pages on www.acta.no .

The full version of the annual report will be sent as a stock exchange
announcement when completed.
