Dividend of EUR 0.12 per ordinary share payable on April 1, 2010
On March 24, 2010, the General Meeting of Shareholders of IFCO SYSTEMS N.V. has
resolved to adopt the financial statements relating to the year 2009 and to
approve the proposal of the Board of Managing Directors and the Supervisory
Board to pay to the shareholders a dividend of EUR 0.12 per ordinary share in
respect of the financial year 2009.
The Board of Managing Directors has resolved, and the Supervisory Board has
approved, that the dividend shall be made payable on April 1, 2010.
