Hydromer, Inc. Enters Into Two Royalty Bearing Medical Coating Licenses in August 2012

(OTCQB: HYDI) (PINKSHEETS: HYDI) announced that during August of its first fiscal quarter, it had entered into two royalty bearing License Agreements, one with a US-based medical device company, and one with a China-based medical device company.
Under the terms of these agreements, each company is licensed to use certain proprietary Hydromer® medical coatings on medical devices, such as vascular access guidewires, nasogastic feeding catheters and gastrointestinal placement stylets.
