Hemen Holding, a company indirectly controlled by trusts affiliated with John
Fredriksen and his family, has through market transactions on March 26, 2010
acquired TRS (Total Return Swap) agreements with exposure to 2.000.000 shares in
Deep Sea Supply Plc. The TRS agreements expire September 24, 2010 based on a
price of NOK 10,0557.
Hemen Holding's affiliated ownership in Deep Sea Supply Plc is following this
transaction unchanged at 44.583.853 shares, constituting 34,30 percent of the
issued share capital. In addition Hemen Holding now hold TRS agreements with an
underlying exposure to 6.100.000 million shares.
