(TSX VENTURE: PTP)(FRANKFURT: YQN) (Petrichor or the Company) announces the grant, pursuant to its 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan, which was approved by shareholders on September 29, 2011 and accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on October 4, 2011, of options to certain eligible participants for the purchase an aggregate of 550,000 common shares, exercisable in whole or in part on or before September 10, 2015, at a price of $0.33 per share.
