Oroco Applies to Extend Term of Warrants

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/11/12 -- Oroco Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE: OCO)(FRANKFURT: OR6) ("Oroco" or "the Company") announces that it has applied to the TSX Venture for approval to amend the term of 1,970,667 outstanding warrants by extending the Exercise Period by six months to March 12, 2013. The Company has not applied for any change to their exercise price of $0.45 per share.
