Seven Arts Entertainment Announces Domestic Release of Multi-Platinum Artist DMX's New Album "Undisputed," Expected to Debut at No. 1 in Rap, R&B and Indie Charts and at No. 3 in Top 200 Albums

(NASDAQ: SAPX) ("Seven Arts" or the "Company") announced today that it has released in the United States and Canada multi-platinum recording artist DMX's new album "Undisputed." Seven Arts has received orders for more than 150,000 physical copies of "Undisputed" and expects to sell through 75,000 to 100,000 copies in the first week of sales, based on distribution estimates. Seven Arts expects "Undisputed" to debut at No. 1 on the Rap, R&B and Indie charts and in the top 3 on the Top 200 chart. Consumer interest as shown in internet and "tweets" has been very encouraging.
