Haldane McCall PLC confirms successful implementation of share split
Haldane McCall PLC, (NEW ISIN: IM00B7XZYZ39 and NEW TICKER SYMBOL: HMK1), a
European Company investing in emerging markets Africa on 30 August 2012,
announced its decision to undertake a share-split. This share split has now
been successfully implemented on 12 September 2012.
Existing holders of certificated shares will now be provided with new share
certificates showing their new number of shares. The Public is asked to
excised caution in the shares of this company during the share split. The
company shares are now trading with ISIN: IM00B7XZYZ39 and Frankfurt
symbol: HMK1.
The share split implementation is part of Haldane McCall's measures on its
way to have its shares trade on the Entry Standard market segment, which
became necessary as the Deutsche Boerse decided to eliminate the segment
the shares are currently traded on. HMK is in the final stages of the BaFin
approval procedure for its prospectus and is confident for completion of
the move to Entry Standard well within the available timeframe.
