Sanatana Retains Assembly Stakeholder Relations to Provide Investor Relations
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/14/12 -- Sanatana Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: STA) ("Sanatana" or the "Company") has retained Assembly Stakeholder Relations Corp. ("Assembly") to provide investor relations services for the Company. Candice Williams and Nathan Sellyn are the principals of Assembly.
Assembly will provide investor relations and marketing services for the Company including, but not limited to, assistance with drafting and preparing investor relations presentations, strategic counsel to the Company's senior management, assistance with media relations and assistance with institutional and retail shareholders.
Assembly maintains its office in Vancouver, British Columbia. Assembly offers a broad range of shareholder relation services and maintains a website at: .
The term of the agreement with Assembly is for one year and may be terminated on 90 days notice by either party. Upon mutual written agreement the parties may extend the term of the agreement. In consideration for the services provided, the Company has granted Assembly an option to purchase 500,000 common shares of the Company at $0.40 per share for a period of one year, subject to regulatory approval. The options will vest in stages with 25% of the options vesting immediately and 25% of the options vesting in each three-month period thereafter. Other than the 500,000 stock options, Assembly does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the Company, the Company's securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest. One of the principals of Assembly owns a non-reporting position in a fund that in turn owns less than 10% of Sanatana's common shares.
