Haldane McCall PLC announced completion of its prospectus
Haldane McCall PLC, a European Company investing in emerging markets
Africa, today reports completion of its Prospectus.
Following the recent approval of the Annual Genenral meeting of the
company, the company is pleased to announce that its has completed its
prospectus to offer 20million new shares. The New prospectus has been send
to German Federal Financial Services Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt
für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, 'BaFin') for final approval.
Further announcement will be made by the company.
