Partners Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: PAR.UN) Announces Distribution of $0.05333 Per Unit

(firmenpresse) - VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/17/12 -- Partners Real Estate Investment Trust ("Partners REIT") (TSX: PAR.UN) is pleased to announce a $0.05333 per unit distribution for August 2012. The distribution will be paid on October 15, 2012 to unitholders of record on September 27, 2012.

Partners REIT currently has approximately 21,395,154 trust units outstanding.

Distribution Reinvestment Plan

Partners REIT offers a distribution reinvestment plan whereby residents of Canada may elect to have their cash distributions reinvested in additional units of Partners REIT.
