material from ReadSoft. The annual report will also be available at the Annual
General Meeting in Helsingborg, Sweden, on April 20.
ReadSoft's annual report for 2009 is now published. A downloadable copy of the

Shareholders who have ordered a printed copy will receive the Swedish version
during the coming week, and those who have ordered the English version will
receive it within the next couple of weeks.
Annual General Meeting
ReadSoft also welcomes you to the Annual General Meeting at Hotel Marina Plaza,
Kungstorget 6, Helsingborg, Sweden, April 20, at 3 p.m. On the same day, the
January - March Interim Report for 2010 will be presented. A full version of the
