Inspection in Sweden concluded

Acta Kapitalforvaltning AS has today been notified by the Swedish FSA that the
inspection which started in the autumn of 2008 is now concluded.

Throughout the entire process, Acta Kapitalforvaltning has stated that it will
comply with the requirements and instructions given. The company is pleased to
see that implemented measurements fully satisfy the Swedish FSA.
