Dow AgroSciences Brazil Experiences Cost Savings, Operational Improvements and up to a 60 Percent Decrease in Some Technical-Support Calls

Ci&T maintains Dow AgroSciences Brazil's Green Light Portal, an online support channel for distributors, ensuring that it is glitch-free and continuously available to customers. By mapping the root causes, Ci&T identifies the issues that generate the most calls, allowing Dow AgroSciences Brazil to fix the problems quickly and efficiently. In certain cases, the number of repeated technical-support calls has been reduced by 60 percent.
