Trevios Ideas Management Software at the 21st Automobile Forum
(firmenpresse) - enobis GmbH, headquartered in Bocholt, will be represented for the first time at the 21st Automobile Forum in Stuttgart on May 18 and 19, 2010. The focus will be on the presentation of the new module for the efficient handling of complaints between customers and suppliers using the 8D method.
“Besides concepts, innovations and managed ideas (CIP), we are continuing to pursue the aim of uniting in a single software tool all customer approaches to improvement, such as claims. This should create a permanent pool of knowledge for companies, which can be accessed for any kind of problem,” says Stefan Hemmers Managing Director enobis GmbH.
Hence, even customers’ approaches to improvement (claims and complaints) are finding their way into the Ideas Management software. All the TREVIOS modules can be combined as preferred and make use of existing interfaces.
