(firmenpresse) - FORT COLLINS, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/27/12 -- Seniors Helping Seniors of Northern Colorado, a service, is proud to announce a new key hire: Tina Saldanha is the home care provider's new Manager of Client Relations.
Saldanha has a Master's Degree in Human Resources and brings new employee management and evaluative skills to the company. Her previous positions gave her hands on experience and insight in performing companion care and personal care for seniors living at home. Her background and passion for senior care allow Larimer and Weld residents to be assured that Saldanha has the experience and know-how to place the right caregivers with the right clients.
Her main job duties include recruiting, interviewing and training each to make sure that they are truly competent. Saldanha's responsibilities also include following up with clients to ensure the best fit between providers and clients. One question that she constantly asks providers, clients and herself is: "Are we meeting the needs of our clients in the most effective manner?"
Saldanha says, "This opportunity is a great opportunity and fit for me. I get to combine my experiences as a caregiver with my human resource educational background. What's most important is that I get to follow my passion: working with seniors."
