CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Announces Shareholder Vote for Two Shareholder Directors
(firmenpresse) - LINCOLN, ALABAMA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/28/12 -- CMKM Diamonds, Inc. will hold a Shareholder vote to elect two Shareholder Directors to serve on the new Board of Directors for the Company. The vote will be held by Transfer Online beginning at 7 AM CDT Sunday, September 30, 2012 and ending 12 Midnight CDT Tuesday, October 2, 2012.
Each Shareholder will get one vote per share and will vote their total share count twice for two candidates. Please register to vote with Transfer Online at if you have not registered your certificates previously.
