("Company") (TSX VENTURE: NCR) announces the resignation of Michael Neary, Director, from its board of directors for time constraints reasons. We would like to thank Mr. Neary for his valuable insight and contribution to the Company.

The board of directors consisting of Jean-Francois Perrault, Michel Lebeuf and Maurice Giroux will continue to oversee the governance of the Company. Discussions with prospective board members have already been initiated.
