Jayden Appoints David Eaton as President, Names Letty Wan as CEO
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/28/12 -- Jayden Resources Inc. ("Jayden" or the "Company") (TSX: JDN) announces the appointment of David Eaton as President of the Company and Letty Wan as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Ms. Wan, the largest shareholder of the Company, will take over as CEO and in this regard has resigned as Chairman of the Company.
In light of the appointment of Ms. Wan as CEO, Mr. Eaton has resigned as CEO and will take the position as President of the Company, both appointments are effective immediately.
