This edition features our most innovative brews yet. They are Big Rock's ultra- premium and rare labels. Available in intensely limited quantities, they are designed to showcase our artistry and appeal to a subculture of men and women that value independent thinking, appreciation of art, creativity, intelligence and anything non-mainstream.
"I am proud of all the beers we have in our line-up today but I feel a stronger, personal tie to the creations in the Alchemist Edition," says Brewmaster Paul Gautreau. "This is an opportunity for me to put a twist on less traditional beer styles and give the consumer the opportunity to experience products they normally won't find in this region," says Paul. "I also have a chance to experiment with unique ingredients and unusual brewing techniques and have a lot of fun at the same time."
