Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Tucasi Limited
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/05/12 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas"), has completed the acquisition of Tucasi Limited ("Tucasi"). The acquisition of Tucasi expands Jonas' presence in the United Kingdom education market.
