Dividend Distribution

ISIN: XS0332046043 - 1.25% Convertible Bond due 2017
ISIN: XS0592528870 - 4.25% Convertible Bond due 2018
Pursuant to the cash dividend for the financial year 2011/12 of EUR 0.15
per share resolved upon in the ordinary shareholders' meeting of IMMOFINANZ
AG on 5 October 2012 the conversion prices of the convertible bonds issued
by IMMOFINANZ AG are adjusted as follows:
