5th U.S. location in Houston
Effective October 1, 2012, Impreglon has acquired 100 % of the surface
engineering specialist Hitemco Southwest in Houston, Texas. After the
introduction to the Impreglon group of the Swiss company RUAG Coatings and
acquisitions in China and Australia earlier this year, this is Impreglon's
4th new facility in 2012.
Not only does Hitemco Southwest offer Impreglon a presence in the
southwestern United States, the company brings with it new technologies for
coating applications in the fields of crude oil, natural gas, offshore and
aviation.
Despite a weak global economy, management is confident that the group's
revenue will increase to over 100 million Euro next year.
With 25 facilities in 12 countries on four continents around the world,
Impreglon is a global leader in surface engineering.
