Aumento Capital II Corporation Announces Termination of Letter of Intent to Complete a Qualifying Transaction With Boardsuite Corp.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/12/12 -- Aumento Capital II Corporation ("Aumento") (TSX VENTURE: AQT.P), a Capital Pool Company, wishes to announce that it has terminated its previously announced letter of intent with BoardSuite Corp. dated October 26, 2011 to complete a business combination intended to constitute the Qualifying Transaction of Aumento, as such term is defined in Policy 2.4 of the Corporate Finance Manual of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Aumento will continue to identify, evaluate and pursue opportunities for the purpose of completing its Qualifying Transaction. Trading of Aumento's common shares is expected to resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange shortly.
