Reservoir Minerals Raises $13.65 Million From Accelerated Exercise of 2011 Warrants
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/15/12 -- Reservoir Minerals Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RMC)(PINKSHEETS: RVRLF)(BERLIN: 9RE) is pleased to report that, of the 15,206,032 share purchase warrants ("Warrants") issued on October 13, 2011 as part of its private placement financing, 15,176,032 Warrants have been exercised for proceeds to the Company of $13,658,429. The remaining 30,000 Warrants that were not exercised expired at 4:30 p.m. (Vancouver time) on October 4, 2012.
The Company currently has 41,461,664 shares issued and outstanding and approximately $19.8 million in its treasury.
