Merchant Capital to exhibit at Master Investor 2010

Merchant Capital Limited (MCap), a Financial Services Company covering private
client stockbroking, investments, corporate finance and institutional broking,
will be exhibiting at this year's Master Investor Show, held at the Business
Design Centre in Islington on 24(th) April. MCap will join more than 100 quoted
companies at the event, which attracts over 2,000 high net worth private
investors and industry professionals. Merchant Capital is a member of the
London Stock Exchange and Plus Markets Group and is authorised and regulated by
the Financial Services Authority. Merchant Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Merchant House Group Plc (MHG.L), an AIM quoted company.
The Merchant Capital broking team will be on hand to showcase the comprehensive
range of services that it offers to both private and institutional investors.
The team will also be promoting its new turnaround bond - Merchant Turnaround
Plc - a corporate bond aimed at providing secured finance to small and medium
sized business. Investors benefit from a 3 year fixed rate bond yielding 9.25%
pa, paid in quarterly coupons. This bond follows on from a successful sister
fund launched last year which was fully subscribed. The team will also be able
to provide information on Merchant Capital's range of structured products and
its UCITS III umbrella.
