Riverstone Resources Inc. (TSX-V; RVS) (“Riverstone” or the “Company”) reports that further to its news release of August 24, 2012, TSX Venture Exchange approval having now been received, 390,000 common shares in the capital of the Company have been issued to satisfy the Company's obligations to certain executives. The shares are subject to a four-month hold expiring February 16, 2013.
