(firmenpresse) - KEW GARDENS, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 10/19/12 -- WGI Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WGIH) wishes to announce the company has updated its share structure on the OTC Markets website to reflect the correct current float amount that are in the open market at 1,500,200,000 shares.
There was a misconception because of the figures reported previously on the OTC Markets did not correctly reflect the true amount available in the public markets.
