Donner Metals Announces Results from Annual General Meeting, Head Office Moving to Montreal
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 10/22/12 -- Donner Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DON)(FRANKFURT: D4M) ("Donner") reports that at its Annual General Meeting, held on October 19 in Montreal, Quebec, Normand Champigny, Harvey Keats, David Patterson, Laurie Sadler, Kerry Sparkes and Ken Thorsen were elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. David Patterson was re-appointed Chairman of the Board and Harvey Keats was re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Donner has also appointed Normand Champigny as President and Chief Financial Officer.
In addition, shareholders approved the proposed change of incorporating jurisdiction from British Columbia to Canada. This is the first step in the process to relocate Donner's head office to Montreal from Vancouver, British Columbia. The relocation reflects Donner's focus on the successful development of the Bracemac-McLeod mine in Matagami, Quebec. Mr. Harvey Keats, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Moving Donner's head office to Montreal shows the company's commitment to grow in Quebec, with the objective of becoming a multi-project, mid-tier base metal producer."
