MCH Group Ltd. and Beaulieu Exploitation SA:
purchase offer taken up
The offer of MCH Group Ltd. to the shareholders of Beaulieu Exploitation SA -
the company which operates the exhibition and congress centre in Lausanne - has
been taken up. Within the 30-day submission period, which ran from 16 March to
16 April 2010, some 86 percent of the shares were tendered to MCH Group Ltd. The
agreed condition of at least two thirds has thus been fulfilled.
MCH Group Ltd. and Beaulieu Exploitation SA are delighted that the purchase
offer has been taken up and look forward to a joint future.
The aim is still for MCH Group Ltd. to be able to acquire all the shares in
Beaulieu Exploitation SA. For this reason, the shareholders of Beaulieu
Exploitation SA are being granted a further period of time to tender their
shares to MCH Group Ltd. under the same terms and conditions as for the purchase
offer, and hence for a price of CHF 190 per share. This extension to the
purchase offer runs until 17 May.
