Basware share subscriptions with warrants and increase in share capital

A total of 130 100 shares have been subscribed with Basware Warrant Programs.
The share subscriptions were based on the Warrant Program 2006 series B warrants
(56 400 shares) and Warrant Program 2007 series D warrants (73 700 shares).
According to the terms of the two warrant programs, the subscription price per
share was EUR 12.19.
The corresponding share capital increase of EUR 39 030 has been entered in the
Finnish Trade Register today, April 23, 2010. After the increase, the share
capital of Basware Corp. is EUR 3 482 917.20 in total. The share capital is
divided into 11 609 724 shares. The new shares will be traded on the Helsinki
Stock Exchange together with the old shares starting on April 26, 2010. The new
shares provide the shareholders with full shareholder rights.
The Basware Warrant Program 2006 is based on the Board of Directors resolution
on April 7, 2006, with the authorization of the Annual General Meeting and
Warrant Program 2006 is based on the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting
on February 26, 2007. The terms of the two programs have been published earlier
as stock exchange releases.
