ALMA MEDIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2013
Alma Media Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2013 as follows:
- Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2012 on Friday, February
15, 2013 approximately at 9:00 EET
- Interim report for January-March 2013 on Friday, April 26 approximately at
9:00 EEST
- Interim report for January-June 2013 on Friday, July 19 approximately at 9:00
EEST
- Interim report for January-September 2013 on Friday, October 25 approximately
at 9:00 EEST
Alma Media's Annual Review 2012, including corporate responsibility reporting,
is scheduled to be published in calendar week 10, 2013.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 14, 2013.
Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor's Report and
Corporate Governance Statement will be published no later than on Friday,
February 21, 2013.
Materials related with the Annual General Meeting will be available at Alma
