Khalkos Exploration Inc.: Appointment of A New Director and Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 10/25/12 -- Management of KHALKOS EXPLORATION INC. ("Khalkos") (TSX VENTURE: KAS) announces the appointment by its Board of Directors of Mr. Nicolas Cantin as Independent Director. Khalkos' Board is now composed of three independent directors: Gilles Dupuis, Jean-Paul Lacasse and Nicolas Cantin in addition to Dominique Doucet, President of Khalkos.
Mr. Cantin is a tax advisor, with a Bachelor's of Law as well as a Bachelor's degree in political science and economics. He has worked with several mining exploration companies since 2009, and is currently finishing his Master's thesis in taxation.
GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
The Board of Directors of Khalkos has granted today 700,000 stock options under its Stock Option Incentive Plan to directors, managers and employees at an exercise price of $0.10 per share. The options expire five (5) years from the date of grant, and are vested quarterly over an 18-month period.
