Dortmund, October 26th 2012
Today, CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund,
releases its approved annual accounts and annual group accounts for 2011.
The financial figures for the past fiscal year were already released on
October 1st 2012.
Since the negotiations with the company's creditors (as referred to in
CFC's corporate news of October 1st 2012) are still ongoing, the auditors
have issued an adverse opinion for the annual accounts as well as the
annual group accounts.
Due to CFC's obligation as a listed company to release audited accounts,
CFC decided to obtain the supervisory board's approval of the annual
accounts and annual group accounts. Both accounts supposed to be presented
to the upcoming annual stockholders' meeting. The agenda of the annual
meeting includes a change of the company's name and its registered seat.
Through this CFC's re-orientation shall be continued consistently.
The invitation including the agenda for the annual meeting will be released
today and will be available for download from CFC's website
(http://www.cfc.eu.com) under Investor Relations/ Annual Meeting.
The annual accounts and the annual group report 2011 (German version only)
will be made available for download from the company's website
(http://www.cfc.eu.com) under Investor Relations/ Financial Reports by end
of business of October 26th 2012.
