(TSX VENTURE: BLL.H) (the "Corporation" or "Ballyliffin") announces that Ballyliffin has terminated its previous announced plans to complete its proposed qualifying transaction by acquiring a controlling interest in the Grupo Dias Gold projects.
The Company continues to explore other suitable qualifying transaction opportunities. Further details about the resumption of trading will be announced shortly.
