Cyan Appoints Ken Siegel as Vice President and General Counsel
With International Software and Hardware Experience, Siegel Will Help Cyan Navigate Global Expansion

The addition of Siegel to the Cyan leadership team will help address legal, regulatory, and compliance matters as the company accelerates its global expansion. Siegel has considerable experience with both private and public companies in the software and hardware sectors, skills that closely match Cyan's business profile.

Siegel most recently served as senior vice president and general counsel at QuinStreet, an internet direct marketing company. Prior to QuinStreet, Siegel served as senior vice president and general counsel at SafeNet, a provider of data security products and solutions. Prior to SafeNet, Ken served as vice president and general counsel at Verigy, a provider of advanced semiconductor test systems and solutions, where he was responsible for legal affairs and compliance worldwide, corporate governance, including SEC reporting, and legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions. Before that, Ken was senior vice president and general counsel at Agile Software Corporation, a provider of product lifecycle management software solutions.

Earlier in his career, Siegel served as senior vice president and general counsel at Efficient Networks, Inc., a publicly traded broadband telecommunications equipment company that was acquired by Siemens AG. Prior to joining Efficient, Siegel was with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati as a partner in the corporate & securities practice group.
Siegel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
