Local Splash Makes Orange County Business Journal's 2012 Best Places to Work List
(firmenpresse) - SANTA ANA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/29/12 -- Local Splash was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group.
The Best Places to Work in Orange County list and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Orange County; the companies that drive the county's economy and employ its workforce. The list is separated into three categories: small companies (15-49 U.S. employees), medium companies (50-249 U.S. employees), and large companies (250 or more U.S. employees). Local Splash is featured on the medium companies list as the #15 Best Place to Work in Orange County.

According to the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group, hundreds of companies from across the county applied for the Best Places list. In order to be considered for the list, each company had to pass the initial eligibility requirements then enter a two-part survey process.
The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part was an employee survey that went to every full-time employee via email, and allowed employees to weigh in on their actual experience at the company.
