Cobra Venture Corporation Completes Real Estate Purchase
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/30/12 -- Cobra Venture Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: CBV) is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on March 27, 2012, the Corporation has completed the acquisition of certain lands and premises located in the Municipal District of Rocky View No. 44, in the Province of Alberta, consisting of approximately 15.78 acres, excepting thereout all mines and minerals (the "Lands") for an aggregate purchase price of $3,975,000. The Corporation believes that the Lands have a strategic value that will integrate into the Corporation's future business plans.
