Constellation Software Inc. Acquires London & Zurich Plc
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/01/12 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas") has completed the acquisition of London & Zurich Plc. ("L&Z"). The L&Z acquisition represents Jonas' entrance into the Direct Debit & Collection Management Services sector in the United Kingdom.
"L&Z has established itself as a leader in the field of integrated payment collection solutions throughout the United Kingdom," said Barry Symons, CEO of Jonas. "Adding the L&Z organization to our growing United Kingdom team will provide benefits to many of our customers in the Fitness, Leisure, Club and Education verticals as we integrate L&Z's collection management solutions with our existing enterprise applications.
