(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/05/12 -- Presence Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center (PSMEMC) is hosting a program "Can You Control the Ups and Downs of Diabetes?" to help individuals learn more about how to successfully treat and manage this disease to lead healthier lives. The dinner program will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 14 at Webster's Wine Bar, 1480 W. Webster Ave., Chicago.

PSMEMC physicians will discuss the latest in diabetes care for adults and children, glucose monitoring and insulin pump therapy, and the latest in prevention and nutrition guidelines.
Speakers at the program include:
