Please find enclosed notice of Cermaq ASA's annual general meeting, including
appendices.

The annual general meeting will be held in the auditorium at Grev Wedels plass
5 in Oslo, Norway on Thursday 20 May 2010 at 13.00 hrs.

A printed version (hardback) of the notice will be sent by post today to all
shareholders who have not asked for an electronic version.

The annual report and accounts for 2009 were published through a stock exchange
release on 29 April 2010 and are available on the group's web site
at www.cermaq.com (Investor Relations).
